Executive, Lead Specialist
As a lead
specialist with Cambridge Marketing, you
will be working directly with mortgage
brokers, banks, and other financial
institutions. Self motivation is a must,
as you will working mostly independently.
The position offers a lot of creative
freedom to explore new sales techniques
and innovative campaigns. The ideal
candidate is a self motivated individual
who is not afraid to try new sales
techniques, has very strong phone skills,
and can come up with solutions to ensure
smooth campaigns for lead clients.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure
prospective new lead campaigns and
entered correctly into the lead
management software for approval.

Formulate and implement plans to acquire
new clients as directed by the sale
manager
- Call on
sales leads to answer questions and set
up new accounts

Solicits orders from present and
prospective customers.
- Meet
assigned quotas
- Assist
in resolving client/campaign issues

Research potential clients on the
Internet to identify opportunities
- Ensure
clients are receiving leads according to
campaign specification
- Advise
management promptly of situations beyond
assigned authority
Qualifications:
- Strong
phone skills
- College
Preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Windows XP and
Office products
- Prior
sales experience preferred
